Would you rather be fat and really pretty, or skinny and really ugly?

    I'd rather have a good attitude. What are looks anyway? Nothing. Every person has a body. Is that anything new? Well, it isn't to me. It's what the person does with that body as well as the attitude the person chooses to have that matters far more than what the person actually looks like.

    I'd rather be thin than have excess weight hindering my every move and making me feel uncomfortable. It would be nice to be really pretty, but it doesn't matter not to be, as it doesn't affect who I am or what I do :)

    call me shallow but i would rather be skinny and ugly, because i could wear clothes that took the attention away from my face. atleast at first. Question are we talking ugly ugly i mean what is ugly to you?

    I Suppose Fat And Pretty Because If Your Fat You Can Lose Weight But If Your Ugly Then There Isn't Much You Can Do Apart From Wearing A lot Of Make-up Which Still Might Not Help Lol.

    id consider myself to be fat and pretty, but im not obese or have rolls of flab which i dress in really tight tops which just emphasises it lol, yuck,not a pretty sight, i used to be anorexic as a kid and not very pretty so i think i prefer it this way, would like to have those extra pounds off though lol but i love chocolate too much *yum* :)

    If I was fat and pretty, I could lose the weight. Scientific studies seem to suggest, in addition, that people who are genetically predisposed to obesity, if they can maintain a healthy weight (and not let themselves give in to their genetics) can live healthier, longer lives than people who are effortlessly skinny.

    But if I wasn't allowed to ever lose the weight, I'd choose skinny and ugly, because I'd be healthier.

    Oh more thing...

    How pretty is so pretty that one can be fat and still be pretty? Don't say anything about the new Top Model. She's normal-sized, but so not fat. (Size 8 in the real world isn't big.)

    beer googles are gonna miss the ugly before they miss 250 lbs of body coming at them! ;-)

    Jokin - better to be healthy. Attractiveness is really based around sex and if you ask anyone would they rather have sex with a good body or a bad body, there's only one answer!

    Good question though, i know a lot of attractive faces who are overweight and still have some allure...bt no. u get me?

    depends how "ugly", "skinny" or how "fat". Too much to think about really ;) and i'm not just saying about looks, you'd want to consider your mental, physical and emotional health... but maybe i am thinking too much into it?! :P

    I have in my adult life ranged from a BMI of 17 to 30 and I would pick skinny and ugly because I felt healthier at 17 than 28 and I felt healthiest at 24. I however could not date someone as ugly as sarah jessica parker... that face is painful.

    (depending on your point of view)

    If someone is pretty but fat coz they're lazy, then that's not very attractive in terms of attitude to life!

    Whereas someone can be more positive and fit but can't do a lot to change their looks, then they are making the most of what they've got and that is positive for all involved - i.e. more attractive!

    Skinny. Fat or ugly, both are going to achieve roughly the same results as far as attraction, but I'd rather be skinny cuz at least if I'm going to be unattractive, I can be healthy, and maybe still have a good body.

    I'll take skinny & ugly though being ugly is not fixable for the most part but being fat seems to not be that easy of a problem to solve unless you have tons of money. If I had to stay fat then no way as fat and pretty don't co-exist in my book; I'd rather stay stuck in the skinny & ugly.
