  • There's a plastic plate with a wire clip behind the headlight housing. Slide the wire clip off the plastic plate, which will then hinge open. Once the plate opens, you'll have access to the bulb. There's a wire clip behind the bulb (similar to the one behind the plastic plate). You have to kind of push down on this clip before you lift it off the bulb. Now that the 2nd clip is off, just unplug the headlight bulb from the wire (firmly but gently pull the two apart). Plug the new bulb into the wire. Now it's pretty much just the same process in reverse: slip the bulb through the hole in the housing, put the bulb clip back in place, close the plastic plate, lock the plate closed with the wire clip. NOTE: On the driver side, you may have to remove the battery box (not the whole battery, just the protective box) to get access to the plastic plate/headlight housing. PERSONAL NOTE: The first time I did this, it took about 1/2hr. per bulb. The subsequent times took less than 5min. each. Hope this helps. OH YEAH! The bulb type you'll need is H7. Most auto parts stores should have several different qualities of these in stock (usually from about $7 to $20).
  • That answer is good for the builb, but if you need the whole light replaced its not that simple. You will need a t-25 and t-30 screw driver and 10 min at the most. first you need to remove the grill. This is a simple firm tug at the top corners. You should not take the hood release off, because it takes forever to put it back on. Next use the t-25 screw driver to remover the screws inside the wheel well. They are infront of the tires, and you will need to turn the wheel to get te screw driver in. And repeat on the other side. Then use the t-30 to remove the screws from under the grill (5 of them). Then remove the lower grills, and there will be one in each side. While you are there remove the air temp sensor. Now just remove the side markers and pull the front bumper off. There are just two screws under the headlight, and two on top. Now just unplug and you are done.
