I purchased a hiro data/fax/voice modem for use with phonetray free to monitor and zap telemarketers call on my pc. Here is the configuration. Win xp prof with comcast broadband and comcast digital voice. I have a phone line from the "line" port on the modem going into a splitter on my phone. The other side of the splitter has the line from my comcast digital voice RCA modem. The Hiro modem picks up and displays the calls, but all calls come in N/A. I had this exact same setup using my PC's agere internal modem and it worked like a charm. The only reason I switched modems is that the agere internal modem is not voice capable. The hiro usb modem just won't show caller ID data. I have tried everything...the latest driver, adding the AT+VCID=1 initialization command, etc.
