Help answer this question below.

My best friend just got a great new job about a month ago. I am very happy for him as he was a little depressed before. But he has being acting sooo arrogant and rude lately. How can I confront him without upsetting him?

    Just come out and tell him not to get to big for his britches and to be careful how he treats others on the way up because there is a good chance he could encounter them again on the way down.

    Why do people worry about upsetting someone when telling them the truth?No matter how you tell someone the truth,its still going to sting.Tell the guy he's being an ass and let him deal with it.

    its time to ahve a talk with your friend. hmmmmmm....it's not so much as finding a way to confront him without upsetting him because it has more to do with his disposition rather than the approach. as the bestfriend it shouldnt upset him too much and if it does he should be able to see things clearly once hes calmed down.
