How to connect my cable box to tv, dvd, and a vcr, so I can record from one channel and watch a different channel.

    As I understand it, you can't. Cale box can only (usually?) tune one channel. Maybe you van have 2 to watch one and record the other?

    AT&T offer a DVR package where you record up to 4 stations simultaneously! If you wanted them on VHS or DVD you could copy them later

    I don't think you can do that unless your cable box can put different channels on different outputs.
