I'm suffering from insomnia lately too. I hear you can kinda "reset" your internal clock. What you could try is do not sleep an entire day, then the next day you should be very tired. At this time, go to sleep at a reasonable time, 10-11ish, whatever you want to become your norm. Then wake up at the desired time, and you should be reset it works for my friend all the time, but i've yet to try it myself
