  • You can't possible do that without surgery, at least, not in a healthy way. I'm sorry but you need to be realistic. Cardio-exercise and a healthy diet is the best way to lose weight, and doing so should yield no more than about 5-10 pounds of weight lose a month. Any more could seriously be dangerous for you please, reconsider your actions
  • Think about how you can make some important lifestyle changes for long term health rather than quick fixes that will not benefit your future - and in February focus on catching up with your mom and spending some quality time with her.
  • Drink water or juice that you dilute with water because it fills you up, but like dont live off it, before you eat have a glass of water and cut down the amount you eat and if you feel kinda peckish when your bored [cos i do] have some water and fruit or veg or something, and yeah i do a lot of powerwalking and weights,[i dont really feel comfortable running on the main road in joggers, and im crap at dieting] but yeah its working for me bit by bit...its not gonna happen overnight, but work at it and hopefully they're may be a difference by february, dont expect to be looking like the models on tv though, gotta be realistic! :)
  • well, i'm not sure the technical name for them and its not safe to lose weight fast and do it healthy, so i would say, against my better judgment and the fact that hey are highly addictive, blue and clears. although finding a doctor that will give them to you is going to be hard because judging by the amount of weight you want to shed, you don't seem over weight enough for anyone to write something that strong for you. try relacore or something like that. i used xantrex and lost 21 pounds in like 5 weeks. so they're pretty good if you have that much time it really isn't safe to lose more than around 3lbs a week at the most. but i'm fine, i didn't have any nasty side effects. but, if you have heart trouble i would NOT recommend them at all!of course eveyone has their own ideas about weight lose, it's really up to you to choose
  • Hey! This question came up in my "similar questions" section, and since I feel like I am qualified to answer it, I thought I'd give you my two cents! Over the course of the past few years I have lost around 50 pounds. I was overweight as a child and tried various "diets", pills, and other short-term weight loss methods to get it off. None of that worked, and only left me frustrated in the end. The fastest way that I lost weight was learning about nutrition. I stopped counting calories, and looked into what was required for my body-- how much water I should drink, fiber I should eat, veggies/fruits I should incorporate. It was incredible to see that eating so much food could make me lose so much weight.. fast! Basically, what I am saying is don't starve yourself, and don't give in to any fad diets. Eat whole foods, foods that are full with fiber, and other nutrients. It will keep you full, keep your blood sugar levels normal, and you will see a drastic change in the way you feel and look-- for the long term! And don't forget-- drink a lot of water! It flushes your system and helps your body function properly-- a lot of times thirst is mistaken for hunger as well, so you will have less urges for unhealthy foods. Good luck! :)
