Do men care if a woman has full lips, or is that just a female thing?

    Speaking from a male perspective, I think it's a woman thing.
    Not their fault though, Madison Ave has convinced them that they need to have all kinds of proceedures to keep looking young. Hell, they even get BOTOX shots.

    I think if your woman loves you, that's all that counts. Full lips, not so full, big breasted or small breasted, just be thankful for whht you've GOT and be yourself. None of those celebrity chicks even look like that. It's all airbrushing. The ones that are in great shape heve nothing to do all day but work out and worry about what they're eating... or not.

    Be yourself! It's much more attractive!

    I LOVE big, juicy lips but I don't represent all men. It's just my personal preference. I guess the main thing you could learn from my answer is that each man is different, and likes different types of women.

    Fact of the matter is, it depends on the guy.

    Then there's also the innate trait in most people that tells us to go for the fuller lips, regardless of its subtlety.

    I'm a female, but all of my male friends say they'd rather have fuller lips than no lips at all, and I agree with them. Pursed thin lips just look uninviting; they're even worse as the women ages and they become virtually non-existent.

    The thing that all women should do is to unite and ignore the magezines and malls, ect. They need to show that they do not need anything to be pretty, that all they need is a little self asteem. I get sick of women thinking that they NEED make-up and crap like that! WOMEN NEED TO RESPECT THEMSELFS AND NOT BE SLAVES OF THE MEDIA!!! That's what I think.

    I think is an advertising thing that women seem to believe.Women with full lips are not more attractive.There is no hidden meaning that fuller lips are more sexier.Why not accept the lips you are born with instead of running off to the plastic surgeons.I'm sure thier greedy lips are smiling

    I had no upper lip and just had fat injected into them. I love my fuller lips, I am still me but feel/look so much better. It's all personal preference for each individual. My husband says too full right now, still swollen...so he won't kiss them...no kiss no fun for him. No regrets and would do again...wish I would of did sooner. I am 43 years young.

    I sort of thought guys wouldn't care (hoped, actually), but it surpizes me that most say they DONT like them. Fat is a good way to describe it; I'll tell all of my thin-lipped friends this, lol.

    I've never known a man to care about how full or thin a woman's lips are. But I've heard quite a few women comment on a man's full lips, so maybe it is a female thin. I don't care about anyone's lips myself. They are what they are. But I do hate those car bumper lips that seem to be the fashion with celebrities Yuck!

    I've asked my guy friends this (Because I have crazy full lips) and their response was always that is more fun to kiss and makes them think of... You know.
    However, in my personal opinion, fuller lips seem more inviting (not in a weird way) but it's the first thing I notice about someone and it tends to be one of those stereotypes we always see. All the mean characters in movies, even Disney movies, have very thin, pursed lips, while the nicer and "good" characters have fuller more pouty lips, including all the Disney Princesses and their Princes. The reason I'm mentioning Disney is because most of us watched Disney and I think it was a little bit ingrained into us somewhere in our minds.

    Girls with full lips are ALWAYS more attractive then the ones with small lips. Examples:
    - Angelina Jolie
    - Megan Fox
    - Adriana Lima
    - Jessica Alba
    - Scarlett Johansson
    - Monica Belluci
    - Eva Mendes
    - Jessica Biel
    - Jennifer Garner
    - Kim Karsashian
    - Kate Beckinsale
    There you have it, chicks with better lips are ALWAYS better looking, or at least way more exotic. There is no such thing as a good look girl with small lips.

    I don't think a guy would choose one woman over another JUST because she has full lips..apart from personality, obviously, there's the overall attractiveness of her physique. Beauty is not about individual features..it's about harmonious features. Angelina herself only became a stunner after she got surgeries to match the rest of her face to that huge mouth..before that, she was really ugly. Have you seen Hackers?lol.

    Personally, I am grateful to have full lips because they really match my face and I think enhance my overall appearance. If I had just average lips, I think I would just look average, since my nose is not too small, not too big, my eyes are medium or small, and brown, and my face is wide and roundish-squarish;-nothing special. But the lips make me rank higher..lol. I get complimented for them very often, though I'm sure it has mostly to do with their shape, rather than size. They're not "big", just full, and I am often told I look like Catherine Zeta.

    Well, only when I'm speaking of specific preference and nitpicking: If I had to pick, I'd pick a woman with pretty big, plump lips, like similar in size to Angelina Jolie's lips! Why? Mainly because MY lips are around that size (I'm a guy, lol). So, it's really up to *individual* taste and finding our "perfect match".

    Not every guy has my taste, and even if he does, he will forget about it once he see's everything else is nicely in order, especially the personality. :)

    And I truly do not go around looking at women and turning down every one simply because their lips aren't like mine. LOL! I only bring it up (my preference) because I just answered another question elsewhere about my "dream girl" and what I'd like her to have if I could 'mold her' into my ideal match. I

    Usually if someone has 'thin' lips, they'll probably want their spouse to have around the same size as their own. That's pretty logical. :)

    Stop worrying so much. Women with 'thin' lips get guys all the time. It's not something guys make such a huge deal over. I've seen very beautiful looking women who didn't have full or even big plump lips!

    You've nothing to truly worry about!
