Question

Help answer this question below.

I have a 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. When the cab is hot and once I reach highway speeds a whistling sound comes from under the dash. It sounds as if it is coming from the passenger side and possibly from the vent system. What is it and how do I fix it?

more than likely it is the vent system probably cracked or tore loose depends on the hardness of the plastic, shit wait no it could be door also check your weather seal on door sometimes the glue melts in heat and it falls off or shifts you can either apoxy or tape for vent or get whole new one warning pain in ass to change out, for door if that just get new glue and weather stripping fairly cheap to fix that also check window weather seal and see if it is that sometimes it is sometimes not use best judgement on some of this
