FOR A 13 YR OLD BEAGLE WHO RECENTLY HAD BLOOD WORK DONE,
WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN THE LIVER ENZYMES ARE HIGH IN 3 OF THE ENZYMES?

    Liverenzymes are usualy conained in he livercells. Thera are always some cells that die or are damaged, in that process the enzymes are released into the bloodstream. When due to other processes(inflamation, tumor, trauma, metabolic imbalance) more livercells get damaged more enzymes are released into the bloodstream. Higher liverenzyme concentration in the blood indicates liverdamage/dissease. The cause of wich I can't determine without further diagnostic tests.
