  • I know this seems insensitive, but I would suggest applying logic. Please hear me out - What you are dealing with is an emotional issue - On an emotional level, you believe yourself unattractive. In my experience, the best way to fight things like this is to force your emotions to pay heed to the evidence. The evidence shows that this man finds you attractive. Men who think someone unattractive rarely go out of their way to smile and talk with them. Now, do you think this man a dependable source on what is or isn't beautiful? (What I mean is: Do you believe that he is capable of accurately telling the difference between an attractive and unattractive person?) If yes, then logic states that you must be attractive. So, when you feel like you're not pretty, remember that all the evidence points to the contrary; and force your emotions to realize how wrong they are. Eventually, it'll sink in.
  • THAT IS LOW SELF ESTEEM . AS MY FRIEND ( THE REV. ) SAYS " NO MATTER WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE THERE IS SOMEONE OUT THERE WHO WILL FIND YOU TO BE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL THING ON TWO LEGS " THE HARD PART IS FINDING HIM OR HER
