  • First don't go to a highschool player. See the pro at a tennis club talk to him about coaching (sometimes the pro will also be the highschool coach as in my hometown). You can also talk to the highschool coaching staff. They will know who would make a good coach. Don't be surprised if it turns out to be some 65 year old guy that can't match his own socks.
