Kelly Clarkson? Avril Lavigne? Simple Plan? I'm not sure what your asking here, that is not music, it's something but it's not music. Green Day is tolerable, even likeable, although I don't know why everyone liked that Nimrod album, it sounded like a bunch of little kids at a talent show.

if i HAVE to pick from modern rock, it would be the decemberists, hawthorn heights, the postal service, old blink 182, the shins, etc. but i am more of classic rock from the 60's-70's. after all, that is where rock was born! =]
