Question

Help answer this question below.

I posted five questions in a span of a few minutes. Now I know that there is indeed a "Question Limit Reached" reminder here on AB. Would you like to see the screenshot? What do you think of that rule?

Some people post repetitive questions with one word difference.
They do need to be slowed down to let others have their chance.

I agree since I have seen examples of that a number of times.

I think it's a great rule. I don't know if I could take more than 5 first thing that comes to mind when Qs in 15 minutes. Or any of the others that are equally mind numbing.

I think it's one of the most sensible rules here on AB. I can't even begin to imagine what it wold be like with some of the questioners here going at it gung-ho. I can imagine how quickly answers would leave and those questions would get lost with just a few answers being overtaken by all sorts of new questions. Questions need time to reappear on the home page and get circulated.

Having the front page swamped with new questions is a bad idea since they won't be getting answered and...

it's not just a place to post questions after all!!!

Without answers those questions are worthless!

    redcatt63 is around here somewhere......

I've never seen that before, but then I've never tried to post that many questions in that short of a time frame (I don't post lots of questions, anyway!). I think it's a good idea...considering some of the mindless questions some folks come up with. I can't tell you how many times I've pulled up "unanswered questions" or my friend's activity and seen almost a whole page of Qs by one person. And I wonder, how do they come up with so many? Do they have nothing else to do? LOL!

I think it is a fantastic rule.

In fact I think it should be tightened up.

Twenty almost identically boring questions from one person each and every hour is enough to get you off site.

It's only 15 minutes and I'm fine with it. Some prolific baggers ask so many questions that you'd lose the variety on your friends list and front page without some restriction.

    So this this rule change?
Or it doesn't apply to answerbag staff?
Because a few days ago there were hundreds of golf course questions posted in a short time.
