  • Realize that the grass is NOT always greener on the other side of the fence. And if you continually desire your neighbor's grass (or your neighbor, for that matter), your grass may died (or your relationship).
  • well, it's happened before. the first time, it went as far as a kiss, and as soon as i happened, i didn't want it and i balled my eyes out to my boyfriend and worked through it. as soon as him and i kissed, i pulled away, discusted, because he wasn't my boyfriend. i didn't give in the second time. now, this is the third time and i can't help but think, is there reason? this person i've had a mini crush on for atleast a year now and we've just been getting closer. he knows i have a boyfriend, and stuff, but i can't help but want him. ugh. what do i do?
  • Don't go for the crushes trust me i have and it doesn't work. Love your boyfriend.
  • I would guess that you are not ready to be commited to one person. Whether you love him or not, you are regularly drawn to other people and have already crossed that line once. My suggestion would be to either break with the boyfriend before you end up with him resenting or hating you or make a commitment to him and yourself to nip such "crushes" in the bud before they can develop. If you feel you self getting a crush on someone, don't see them. Don't hang out, don't chat on the phone or online, only be around the person if it is truly unavoidable.
  • Let me say something, this just happened to me a week ago but im the bf and found a text msg from the other guy and it hurt so bad to know my gf that I've gave my heart and soul too was about to step over the emotional crush stage to the next level. If you say you love ur bf then stay away cos he will find out abd it will end very bad.
  • This is not unusual. I've heard a few times that its completely ordinary for women to have crushes while completely in love and committed to their bf... How they do I don't understand... I don't have a problem not having crushes though I am a male! My advice is limit your time with such people, and don't step over the line. Have a nice large barrier for yourself.
