  • Your documents should clearly answer this question. Look under the "Assessments" section. It mgith state something like..."Each owner of a lot will pay..." If your community has a general attorney check with them.
  • Insufficient information. Without knowledge of the transactions, it is difficult to ascertain whether your HOA has the ability to exercise any control over the new owner. This may be one best settled in court.
