Have you had Best Buy not honor a 3 year warranty that you bought on your laptop, even though they said, "if you drop it off a cliff, we'll fix it, or replace it"? Now they say their policies have changed and the screen isn't covered. Is this fraudulent?

It may be. The best thing to do would be to READ THE CONTRACT. Whatever verbal promises they may have made are irrelevant if the written contract language does not support it. Good luck.
