Well there is no real answer. Some of the countries are poorer, such as East European for example, and I assume that being poorer emphasises helping each other (you need to). Asian I have no clue, and I suggest that American is the opposite of the first paragraph. Of course, you shouldn't generalize at country level. Everyebody is different, and each country has good and bad people.
