Based on some research being done over at http://www.gangstalkingworld.com Gang Stalking seems to be happening because of some of these restorative justice initiatives that are happening. They include things like community prosecution, community based policing, problem oriented policing, and all the programs that have come about because of that. Eg. There are now several patrolling and various neighbourhood watch type programs that happening in cities around the world. With community policing you have the police, citizens, local business, government, snitches, community groups such as seniors, churches, youth groups, etc, all working together, becoming empowered and taking back their community. The problem is there are some vigilante elements working in these group with a (NIMBY) Not In My Back Yard mentality, or TNT (Targeting Neighbourhood Troublemakers.) They purposely target people they think are undesirable for whatever reason, or believe are undesirable. The problem with this is that you get innocent people caught up in this, without knowing why and for the rest of their lives no matter where they go, they are marked for harassment. These initiatives in some cities operate all over town, and in almost every community, each decides how they wish to govern themselves and it can have very beneficial, or very detrimental results for some individuals. In my city where I live the people taking part in these programs communicate out in public, using a one handed sign language, which might be something called talking hands, which is a sign language the hearing impaired use, they either use this one, or one very similar to it to communicate. Because these networks are vast, and you have people from all levels or society taking part, a person being targeted could literally wake up and over night have it feel like the whole world had turned against you. The police will not help, because they see these people as an extended part of their efforts. These people are the eyes and ears of the communities, they spy and they give the police information which makes their jobs easier, and they are not going to upset this system, unless they are forced to. Complicating getting help is the fact that many lawyers are also a part of these community programs in one capacity or another, these programs have community and government approval and getting help is almost impossible to do, depending on where you live. Also complicating this is that the police through something called Intelligence led policing have been taught cover operations from agencies like the FBI, CIA, RCMP, CSIS, etc. They then know how to conduct these operations and incorporate them into the everyday police work that they are doing. Why someone becomes targeted is still not fully clear, so far targets have reported being targeted due to being whistle blowers, upsetting the wrong person with the right connections, being female, and ethnic minority, dissident, activist, etc. However more research has to be done as to why someone gets targeted, and how they get onto these listing for this lifetime of stalking and torment, which is often life destroying. This form of harassment we are seeing in other less severe forms under the guise of workplace mobbing, stalking and harassment. However recently some articles show how extreme these forms of stalking can become. I am not from the US or UK, but I too am being gangstalked in my voluntary job - as well as by tax auditors. Even in a huge crowd of people, gangstalkers can make you feel you're all alone, if you let them. It’s hard but I aim to not dwell on their evil goal (which is my breakdown) and it certainly doesn't have to become my goal because I am their target! The other day one gangstalker walked over behind me while I was working, and then suddenly a group of several unknown onlookers gathered around him. I looked up under my cap secretly to catch one of them happily gesturing the 'loony' sign with his finger by his head. The other guy smiled with pleasure as he made the 'lynching' gesture with his fingers. Gangstalking is pure hatred and evil mixed together as one. I have committed no crimes at all, in my past, present - or in any future intentions, and even though I am a minority race person and could easily say I am being racially profiled, I did overhear yet another gangstalker say once to a fellow gangstalker that I am 'just an easy target'. I do not appreciate being on the 'weed and seed' blacklist. Lets end gangstalking and expose the lies, and the evil organizations that are masquerading as 'legitimate' bodies. There is no validity behind gangstalking at all, which is used on innocent people. The gangstalkers are the guilty ones, and most of them are in fact criminals who are operating above the law. Gangstalkers had better leave my family alone, including my children. If they come into my home I will be prepared to kill 'in self defense'.

No. If you are looking at everyday people in the street and interpreting their actions as 'stalking' then try speaking to a member of your family about it and see if they interpret these things the same way. If you feel very anxious about it, seek help. I know all about this condition because my brother suffered from it a few years ago, and we had a frightening time bringing him back to reality. The good news is he's OK now and he can function again, but he still finds it a bit hard to relate to people.
