I dont think I am the best judge of character, although my former supervisor had me do some of the hiring because she said I had a better judge of character. My flaw is I give everyone a chance. I honestly believe that everyone is a good person. Unfortunately this gets me hurt sometimes. I should start learning from my mistakes.
