    There´s also an interest organizations for gamers that gets fundings from the government to nurish the culture surroinding games. Not only video-games though, but they´re a part of it. It´s called Hyperion. Geeks throwing around organization skills and receiving money for playthings, I love it :)

    Eh.. you know, Norway isn't some kind of proletarian country where people walk around with straws in their wooden shoes and talk about this new thing called Tee-Vee which they've just got from the far-away country called USA.
    I presume there's as many people playing video games as in the rest of the industrialised countries. I've played WoW with quite a few Norwegians, back when I still played it

    Video games are very popular, and in fact Norway has most likely the most video game developers per capita in the world. Funcom is a Norwegian video game developer that created the Longest Journey games, and now the Conan game, to name a few.
