Omar Bradley He was considered the enlisted mens general . Five star general rank was not used after general Bradley died. I twas considered too high of a rank equal to the commander in chief the presdient of the uSA. Mr Bill

Actually, the last 5 star was posthumously promoted in 1976. Gen. George Washington in celebration of the Armys 200th B-Day....That was actually a board question for me when i got promoted along time ago,;)
