Why is it sometimes impossible to enter a comment to a post and have it post (nothing happens when I hit SUBMIT to post it) and other times it works fine & quickly? Server lag? Too many people posting at the same time?

The only time the submit button has failed to darken for me was when I attempted to paste an answer into the "You Answer" box without first typing into the box. Typing into the box activated the SUBMIT button, and then I could paste.
