  • Okay let us not use the word diet. Let us you the phrase of eating healthy. The food you intake may have some of the bearing on your weight. Make a commitment to when eating look for foods that are low in calories. Eat only until you are feeling full. If you lose apound a week feel good about it for that is normal. I want you to go look in the mirror and tell yourself you are a good honest person who deserves this. As far as people making fun of you there isn't a whole lot you can do about that. Do not let fit into your overeating. In Time it will stop and you will be a real knockout. I know his because at as a young man I was obese fat or tubby or lard A#$ or whatever. I made my mind up that this was my body and I was going to take responsibilty for it. If you need help in making judgments about your food intake then talk to your doctor and ask him to let you see a nutrionist. Remember this is for you. Not me and not them. Walk for 20 minutes to half an hour at a time every day and you'll certainly see great improvements. Younger people have an easier time loosing weight, as the skin is more elastic at this point in your life. you don't want to hit age 35 and realize that no matter how much you exercise you still have all kinds of extra skin and will need to undergo surgery because your skin doesn't snap back as easily as it did when you were 18.
