If it made your SO feel more secure, would you give them all your passwords to social sites and email? Do you already share your passwords? Why would you not share? Would it matter if they're only your bf/gf instead of wife/hubby?

My wife and I share all of our many userids and passwords all the time, and did even before we got married.

Is it by choice or force? By choice - fine; force, no because that's a sign that your SO does not trust you. Without trust, there is no relationship.

I wouldn't mind sharing them, it might happen where they would need my passwords for some reason or another..but if they demanded them due to some trust issue they had, it would definitely raise a red flag.

Wow - long question. Yes, I would share if it made him feel more secure. No, I don't share passwords because we belive in some amount of personal privacy. It depends on the type of relationship the bf/gf had on whether it would be appropriate to ask to share passwords.
