How often do you stop when you're on a long distance road trip?

Only for bathroom trips and we get gas at the same stop.

Every two hours or so. Just to get out and stretch if for nothing else.

Never. We've always had cruise control so you can swap drivers without stopping.

Just to get gas and restroom same stop. Not much to stop at at night when i love to do my traveling

Depends. If it's just me, I only stop for gas, and take care of personal needs at the gas station, and eat while I drive. If I'm with my kids, though, I stop much more often to change diapers and let them stretch and walk around, get food, and go to the bathroom.

on a 6 hr drive i usually don't stop more than 2 times. combine a stop at a gas station and bathroom most of the time.

As often as we need to stop for gas, food, use of the bathroom or getting some sleep..all of these vary from trip to trip, season to season! :)

Maybe every couple of hours or so. It really depends on if I have my kids with me or not.

Not enough. Only about every 1 1/2-2 hours.

We have always stopped to stretch our legs use the bathroom gas and food at regular intervals.

We stop when we feel like it, for potty breaks, to eat or drink, to walk the dog or our legs, to see the scenery or some great new place. Some roads it's every half hour others it could be every 4 hours.
