Help answer this question below.
I do not know the answer to this off by heart. but one basic one is a very strong proof/deffence for your faith on judgement day.
- On Judgement day, as you are being judged for your Earth actions (and so being shown as either a good or bad person) one large action (due to the amount of time it takes to learn the Koran) that is shown is that you have memorised the koran from front to back (since most people dont memorise things unless they like the thing or are forced into learning it -and Islam does not force Muslims to Learn the Koran-).
Also, to memorise the koran will require you to read the Koran (and so you will also be rewarded for reading the koran and hopefully learning/understanding from it).
Try to view it from this way: if you had a child that was going to take part in a play and you sat with them and learned all the child's words with the child. By learning the words (when you didnt need to) you are showing the child your love (& respect) for the child and so hoping that they love you (more) back. In the same way, by learning God's words that He sent to earth, you are trying to show God your Love & respect for him and (most likely) you will be rewarded back (both) in this life & in judgement Day (which you can then use as evidence/deffence for your actions -both good & bad-).
That explanation was a mess, but I hope it makes sense.
Hell for false beliefs.
Great literacy.
* The Quran will intercede for the person on day of judgment leading the person to paradise
* The person reaches very high rank/place in paradise (people are rewarded differently depending on how they pass the test of this life)
* The person is also crowned on day of judgement
there are more but that is what i know of
The true God knows we are imperfect and so had the Bible written...He did not ask that we memorize it...
Because if we did, mistakes will creep in...because of our imperfect memories...
So what makes Islamists think they can do it without mistakes...we are all people....
and all imperfect.
