No I have a stupid betta fish
No, but I knew a friend who did that parrot knew how to talk, but sadly he died a painful way.
Yes. I once had a Double Yellow Head Amazon. He talked quite well and had a large vocabulary. Not just of words, but of sounds. He could imitate a door knock, a cough, the last bit of water glugging down the drain.
I used to have a talking bird named Tango. He would whistle the tune to the Andy Griffith show, he would say "tell me all your secrets", and many, many more!
I have owned dozens of talking birds. My favorites were named Baby and Honey.
I used to have a parakeet that talked, He learned how to undue the cage door and got out one night and my cat got him. May it rest in peace.
African Grey, Lovebird (parrot (not to be confused with a Parakeet (or Budgie (which I have owned several of (which is not a parrot))))

I do not currently own any pet bird but I have in the past owned a Nanday Conure, a parakeet and several chickens.
No...my talking kids are more than enough noise for me. ;)
I have no idea, he wouldn't tell me.
;)
No, but it would be interesting to see how my cats would react to hearing one.
I have a mini-macaw (aka, a Hahn's Macaw) who talks quite a bit. She can say her name, "Pippin", which is pretty good - hey, you try saying "Pippin" without lips...she also can call my daughter down from her room in MY voice. When hubby comes home, she goes, "Uh oh!" She also laughs when John Stewart or Steve Colbert comes on the TV. Although she's a "mini" macaw - she still has the attitude and intelligence of a full sized one.
Yes, I used to have one, she was Russian and didn't speak a word of english, it was paradise and the relationship lasted for a while til I forgot her name....
Yes an african grey parrot named Oscar
Yes, her name was Maggie. She was a green and yellow Amazon parrot. She liked to say the word "Apple!" and wolf-whistle a lot.
I never have had one but I dated a guy whos mother had one. It was great when the mother walked by it would flirt with her but when her son walked by it called him bad words. LOL guess I should of listened to the bird!
Yes; I have a cockatiel. I had 2 for many years, but one of them died.
