Are there DNA/ancestry tests that can actually tell you your ethnic background (accurately)?

They can tell you that you are some percent similar to a group. For instance, they can tell you if your DNA is similar to the DNA of people who lived in the middle of Europe an approximate number of years ago. They can't pinpoint the ethnicity precisely -- they can just say (for instance) that your DNA has 80% of the markers found in the DNA of a particular group or tribe or whatever.
