  • No, 25 year old woman (or girl), 14 year old girl (not woman).
  • I think these sound better: A young girl who is 14. OR a 14-year old girl. OR a young lady of 14. 25-year young lady. OR A young lady who is 25. OR A lady who is 25-years young. To me those sound and seem A WHOLE LOT less offensive. As for girls under 18, to me the age hasn't really become an issue. You'll never get into trouble by calling a lady "young". • A 14 year old is not a woman, an 18 year old isn't even a woman. I would barely call a 14 Yr old a young woman. She's a girl to me. The 25 year old could be woman or girl, most likely young woman
  • I would say 25 year old woman and 14 year old adolescent or teenager.
