Would Princess Diana have survived if she had been wearing her seatbelt?

    There certainly would have been a better chance for survival. The only person who survived that crash was her bodyguard and he was wearing a seatbelt. He was very badly injured, but he survived and recovered.

    She would almost certainly have survived - the only person in the car who was wearing a seatbelt survived.
