It's both ways.. The way you said is definitely the obvious one but Elizabeth has pride as well.. In the beginning, she said that she could forgive Mr Darcy his pride if he had not mortified her own. Also after the proposal scene, Elizabeth talked about how gratifying it was to have inspired such an affection...
Mr Darcy on the other hand is also prejudiced. Remember how he so easily dismissed her at the first meeting? Don't forget the fact that Lizzy is poor and Darcy also had to overcome that obstacle before he could even get the nerve to propose to her...
Each one has a little bit of both. Remember, Darcy is prejudiced against the lower classes.
