Yes, the London bathrooms are weird.
I didn't see a button to push and it didn't automatically flush, so i had to leave it.
The bathroom was men and women in the same one, which i dont like, so i was in a hurry to get the hell out >_>
Yes, just recently in Turkey.
The levers were not labeled and it required pumping once for #1 and twice for #2..
Yes, I was in Malaysia, and I couldn't find any button to push. It also had no automatic flush.

Yes I was in Bulgaria and they had a hole in the concrete floor as the toilet, I couldn't figure out what to do if I fell in. Italy was the best they had public urinals on most alleys/back streets

They used to have pictured instructions on western toilets when they first came to Japan. Maybe I'll right a book "High Tech Potties for Dummies"?
