Yes, she can open your mail. You should submit a change of address to the post office immediately. Then they will forward your mail to you. If mail is addressed to both of you, then she will get it because she is still at the house.
No. Even though she is your spouse, she cannot legally open mail that is not addressed to her.
The law says no, only the person that it is addressed to can open it. If the spouse has power of attorney then yes they can.
It's a fellony to open mail that isn't addressed to you. So legally no, she can't... physically, yes she can. If she does open mail, you can have her criminally charged... (I'm actually studying law... thats how i know this :) )
This answer has two different parts. Can she physically open the mail? Of course! Can she legally do it? No. Will she? Who knows?
