Hmm. Are you sure you've remembered the ingredients correctly? I only ask because the main flavours in what you've described are hazelnut and citrus, which aren't the main flavours in a chocolate cake, so it seems like an odd recipe. I think if you add creme to cacao (a chocolate liqueur) to the mix, it would taste more like chocolate cake. Also a vanilla flavouring (like vanilla vodka) may increase the chocolate-cake flavour. (Frangelico does have notes of both cocoa and vanilla, but mostly it tastes of hazelnut.) Good luck!

Recipe is right! The way I do it is I chew the (brown preferably) sugar until its mostly dissolved take the shot. then suck the lemon. MMMM :D Awesome shot!

I've had this shot - it's not usually citron, but rather plain vodka or vanilla vodka. I've had the citrus version but I don't like it as much. The vanilla makes it quite sweet, so the plain vodka is my favorite. Suck the lemon coated in sugar, and with the juice in your mouth, down the shot consisting of equal parts vodka and hazelnut liquor. http://www.drinksmixer.com/drink10360.html http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Chocolate-Cake-Shot/Detail.aspx Here's a neat video from Youtube, where the person uses citrus vodka.
