When she's ready and no sooner. Watch her -- she'll start "nesting" (looking for a place to have her kittens). Also her milk will come in -- you'll notice that, too. Gestation period for cats is approximately 63 days, so if you know when she was bred, that should help. Good luck. Mine just had NINE kittens.
