Hedonism is the philosophy that pleasure is of ultimate importance, the most important pursuit. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hedonism Based on the definition, I'm not really much of a hedonist. Pleasure is important for me, but I would not be happy if my pursuit for pleasure makes other people miserable in the process.
