I’ve been noticing this since I first joined the Church. My mother-in-law, for example, is only four years younger than my mother—and weighs over 100 pounds more—but still looks a good ten years younger. I often see women at Church that I know are in their 50s or even 60s, but look about 40; yet i know it’s not just my perception of women, since a particular woman I worked with struck me as being 60-something, before I happened to learn her true age of 44. Have other people noticed this? Do you think it’s just a natural result of Latter-day Saints’ general good health practices (e.g. no smoking, no drinking, etc.)? Thanks!
