Your shouldn't need software to make a will. In fact all you should need is a decent form or set of forms or examples to do a legal document of this nature. Your best bet is to go to the Legal Library - usually in the county seat. The Legal Librarian will be able to point you to the proper forms and even books on the subject. I searched for you, but couldn't turn up anything free. I would go to your local Office Depot or BestBuy and pick up a copy in their software section. I can't imagine it would be more than $19.99 or so. It's well worth the price and usually covers all the basics of various wills and such. sorry I couldn't find you anything.
