As long as his penis fucntions with the injections and viagra, then no. It would probably only be grounds for an annulment if he could not have sex.
Why would such a thing have an impact on your relationship with one another if you love him. If you love him and he has been totally honest and faithful with you, I dont see how this would be a problem. Just remember it doesnt change who he is inside and hes still the man who won your heart.
you want to get divorced because of his penis? um, there is more to a man then his penis. could there be another reason you don't want to be with him and you are finding ways to get out. there are plenty of ways for a man to get an erection, with medical help. you married him, why don't you talk to him. communication is more important then sex!
Maybe you should have a little pity on this guy. Sounds like his penis enlargement operation backfired and caused him problems. If you only married him for his big penis, shame on you.
I would think that he was not out to deceive you, he simply is embarrassed/ashamed of his procedure gone wrong.
I hope you married him because you love each other. If you seek an annulment, you are running away from a situation instead of dealing with it head on.
Did Dana Reeve decided to divorce her husband when he became paralyzed and could not have sex with her? No. So what if your husband needs hormones and pharmaceuticals. Grow up and communicate with your husband instead of looking for an easy out from your marriage.
Sorry, in the question, did you mean to say impotent? Granted too much testosterone can render a man incompitent, but . .(okay, fair is fair, women can be just as bad but with far less testosterone which should be obvious).
wow, he must have had a really small penis. Which means he will be very financially well off, and most likely not spend long nights drinking at bars or soliciting hookers that will only point and laugh at his tiny dong, Or........ he might have only done it to compensate for your extremely large vagina, and did not want to hurt your feelings in telling you the real truth.
You do have ground for an annulment, at least in Nevada, and under the following conditions:
If he represented himself to you as someone capable of having sex in what is considered a normal manner between a man/woman couple but could not;
if, before the marriage, he did not disclose the enlargement and how it affects his ability to have what is generally considered normal intercourse between a man and a woman;
if sex is very important to you in a marriage relationship and you discussed this subject with your then husband-to-be and he did not tell you how his condition would affect your sex life.
If the above are all in place, you would most likely get your annulment granted in Nevada, especially if he agrees to sign an Answer to your Complaint for Annulment alleging the above.
You could also most likely get it granted if he does not agree to sign an Answer that agrees to the above, but simply does not respond to Service.
However, if he files an Answer denying the allegations, you'd most likely have to go to court and prove your case.
You bought the goods without trying them? Nice to have nice to hold, once it's inside you, consider it sold
I do find it deceiving, but all that depends on your outlook? Why didnt he tell you this before you got even engaged? Secondly, does this affect your chances of getting pregnant and how does it affect your sex life? Lastly, do you want to leave him over this?
No.
Alright wendy - why are you topsy turby?
I'm sorry, he's got an enlargement...and your complaining? He's taking viagra too? Geez, woman I think he's trying to kill you! RUN! ;) JK
do you mean impotent, or is he just not very good at practical things, like penus enlargements by the sounds of it and no it is not grounds for an annulment as you have obviously 'consumated'.crap sex is not a reason for divorce (fortunaley for many of us men:)
No. You can divorce, but annulment is different. Have you had sex since you were married? If you have it is consumated and legal and binding.

You're reading I got married two months ago, and just found out that my husband had a penis enlargement years ago. With him doing so, that made him incompitent to where he has to get testosterone injections and take viagra. Is this grounds for annulment?
