I often used to have nightmares that sometimes I cannot move my body or sometimes it's hard for me to wake myself up. What is that and what should I do?

    It might be a symptom of Narcolepsy - read up about it and it might give you some help. I wish you good fortune.

    Ive woken up and not been able to move. It seems like a dream, but it's not. It is when you wake up suddenly during REM sleep, because, you see, during REM sleep your body paralyzes itself. So if you wake up, everything is strange, you are still mostly asleep, but are conscience.
