Please can you explain what to do? I can't delete it, I don't know how it got there, and what is IE? Yes, I'm on my laptop, How did that Mozilla get there? I really appreciate your help!!!

What browser are you using on your laptop? You have to be using the Internet there. IE is Internet Explorer. Mozilla is a much better web browser as it is more secure.
To uninstall it, though, go to your control panel -> programs -> uninstall programs.
In the list, find Mozilla and tell it uninstall.
Then, once it is deleted, empty your recycle bin/trash can.
Restart your computer.
Open the web browser that you usually use.
Go to www.mozilla.org and find the most recent version of Firefox download site.
Follow all instructions it gives to download and install.
Let it replace any files that it needs to replace as they should all be newer files and make sure it is allowed to access the Internet if you have any firewall/antivirus installed.
It should then work.
