try calcium magnesium for muscle pain . why do you think its NOT a lack of nutrients - have you had a blood vitamin profile done?

Go to a internal medicine doctor ("internist) or a general practitioner (GP) and ask for a second opinion! It could be several different things, some of them not very serious and some are fairly serious.

You need a complete blood work up for several things, and possibly x-rays or an MRI or electromyogram (EMG) or other tests that check muscle nerve conductivity and muscular health.

Only a doctor who does a very complete (more complete than it sounds like you have had) exam of you, and perhaps even refers you to a rheumatologist or a physiatrist, (physical medicine doctor- specialize alot in sports injuries and muscle-bone disorders) an orthopedic doctor, or other specialist will be able to get to the source of your pain.

Good luck. Remember, the longer you wait to check things out, the worse some things can become, so I would have this checked by a different doctor as soon as you can.
