hey there. i went on depo provera expecting my periods to even out like they would on birth control, but instead i bled for the entire three months i was on the shot. every women is different regarding how she bleeds while on Depo, but i suggest that if you don't stop bleeding within a week or so, or if the bleeding gets worse you should contact your doctor. don't be afraid to do some online research as well you'd be surprised what you find. good luck!

No period when I got 1st shot.3wks overdue for 2nd one and no bleeding the entire time alsosore nipples etc.Is there a chance I may be preg?

I started the depo shot 1 week ago and they told me that I had to wait 24-48 hours before having unprotected sex.

You're reading I had my first shot of Depo Provera a few weeks ago and was told that it would be unlikely I'd have another period. However, I have been bleeding for almost a fortnight now and am getting worried. Is this normal? How long until it stops?
