I had replaced on 2002 Ranger the mass air flow sensor, plugs, cleaned the idle air controller & throttle body, changed oil/filter & air filter. Now it sputters like maybe bad gas. What brand fuel injector to buy to put in gas tan

that is easy as hell the best stuff i have ever used and will only use forever is LUCAS FUEL INJECTOR CLEANER i had a car that was runnin like shit the auto parts store was accross the street from a gas station i put it in the fuel tank started it up and right before i got in the station it ran perfectly and never had any problems with it trust me it a kick ass product buy a gallon and a small bottle so when u use the small bottle keep it and use the gallon to refill the small one over and over just like a measuring cup and always ad a full small bottle no matter how much gas u have in it it cleans even better and u shouldnt really clean the idle air control valve because u cant move the little "pintle" on the end of it because this could mess it up plus u dont actually clean it its electronic it has to be replaced and i doubt u need fuel injector cleaner it sounds like the engine is what the problem is one of those pain in the ass sensors
