I've been using something called Clindoxyl gel for the past 2 or 3 years... the ingredient that helps to treat the acne and scars is benzoyl peroxide. I'm no scientist, but I think it's a kind of bleaching agent thing, look it up, lol but it's REALLY! made a difference. Even though I didn't have a lot of big/noticable pimples, now my face is pretty much smooth and clear!
So I would say look for a cream or gel medication thing that contains benzoyl peroxide.

Eminence skin care do a couperose c serum which worked for me. Also (for ladies) the contraceptive pill dianette (im not sure if thats the correct spelling!) helps prevent future breakouts and controls oily skin.
