Help answer this question below.

I am a south african engineering student interested in studying abroad... either England or USA. How do I go about this? where do I start?

    k, first of all, buy a plane ticket. that COULD help... and secondly you have to BOARD the plane!!!

    i dont know how, but you should not go to the usa without some form of life insurance. you should go to england at least there health care is free.
