I also have a painting by Delino. It is bluebonnets and an old cabin. I have had it about 23 years. I bought it for $60.00 in front of Randalls Grocery store in Humble, TX. It was a donated painting sold to raise money for MD Labor Day Telethon. I have tried to find out about the artist myself over the years but have had no success either.
I have one as well and have been unable to find anything. If you get an answer, please post it here.
I have been researching this for you for over 30 minutes and I can't find a thing for you. I am sorry.
Does anyone know the painting I'm describing? Center is a girl, likely native Mexican, braided hair, dark blue background?

You're reading Can anyone tell me about an artist named Delino? I have one of his oil paintings of bluebonnets but can't find any information about him.

Mine has an old house with a red roof and a windmill. I paid $350.00 at an art auction. It's pretty big and it's very beautiful still. I've had it for several years, but not as long as you've had yours. I guess we might have a good chance of finding out if we keep this question here on Answerbag. Maybe $60.00 was a lot of money back 23 years ago. You should have it appraised. If I find someone to appraise mine, I'll do it also.
