Why do teenage boys want sex so badly? Yet, their counterparts (teenage girls), in general, seem not to want it as bad?

im a guy and its true, guys have there harmones raging like a bull, girls more are into the emotional stuff, but there is the odd few that want sexual intercourse more than others. in the new school way of saying it, boys want the pussy and the ass, girls want the heart and the dick i hope this helped you in anyway possible yours truly,willsmith

I think specifically when you are discussing teenagers it's more of a curiosity thing. I know when I was in my teens, as a girl we always heard horror stories of bleeding out of the vagina forever after the first time. Or getting pregnant even though you used a condom. Females have more to fear for their 'first time'. Also body image is a big part too. I'm pretty sure most girls in their teens have a hard time looking at themselves nude in the mirror, let alone letting someone else see them. However on the male perspective, they just want to get it on. Boys usually have a little less body issues then girls. And even if they are subconscious, they are more attracted to how awesome it must feel rather then worrying over how they look. Plus hormones play a big role. I believe men create something like 500 sperm a day? Meanwhile women are born with the amount of eggs that they will need for their entire lives. Of course it gets more complex then that, however this is why men NEED to masturbate and for women it’s a choice.

teenage boys are always gonna want it, from 8-80 trust me they want it but now a days teenage girls dont want it from teenage boys because they want it from grown men whose old enough to be their father or old men who already lived their life and made their family. I guests this makes them feel special when in all reality their just something to DO when the men are board or their wife is on her monthly.....

males start there sexual peak earlier than girls,I think males start at like 16 and woman really start at like 30.That's why you see so many woman dating younger men.

its not always true, i dont give a dam if i ever lose it, yet i have friends (girls) who tell me all the time how, well how can i say this without vulgar hmm, ho*** they are... Or how bad the want it... So i can ask why do they want it so bad? This is the main reason why i dont date girls here, they are immature and well most are the biggest perverts i've ever met.

There are many changes and stuff starts happening on the inside of teenagers. I don't think boys want it more than girls, both are equally curious from what I have seen. It's more acceptable for boys to want it than for girls to want it so the ladies tend to hide it more.

i have this in religion Girls and Boys are different times becuase Girls begin Adolesence at the age of around 12 and boys 14 or 15 but sexually the brain drive part whatever is diff too that for girls is i think around late 20s early 30s and for boys is 15+ and on. so i guess too answear the qusetion is that boys all want it but its depends on girls

that is a difficult question but there are boys as well as girls that don't fit that stereotype. i think that it has to do with hormones.

I would like to add this to my other postings here. Tv and movies still show mostly sexual side of teenage boys which isn't right. It has gotten a little better but the media still favors the males. If they would show the female raging hormone side you wouldn't have all this confusion. They should show women looking at Playgirl, guys in the shower ect... We do these things!
