I had my goldfish in a gallon tank for 2 yrs. He started getting big so I bought him a five gallon tank. I added two other goldfish and days later he got very ill. The other two goldfish are fine. I've since moved him out but he's still sick. HELP?

Not only the Ph can be off, and ick doesn't necessarily need to have white spots on the fish. There is a form of stress ick. This happens when a fish is put in a new environment, and doesn't know how to react to it. Using something like Stress Coat can help your fishie get back his healthy glow. Also, just because your other new fish don't have symptoms doesn't mean they aren't sick. By treating the whole tank you should eliminate all your fishie problems. Good luck!

ICH???? Maybe the other fish introduced another type of bacteria or something.

The fish may have ick. Does it have white spots on him? Take a sample of water into a fish store and they can let you know your PH levels
